IDM Program Two, Module E
“Three Additional Case Studies Leading to Master Certified Coach/Consultant”
NOTE: This Program was previously labeled Module D[2].
Once you have completed a first assessment case study in Program One/Module D, you discover that more practice is needed to make the CDF methodology your professional assessment tool. Program Two/Module E gives you the opportunity to complete three additional case studies, typically within the time frame of 6 months, by which you can accomplish becoming a seasoned user of the Constructive-Developmental Framework.
There is nothing new you need to learn to proceed from the first to the three additional case studies in Program Two. As before, you will work within a cohort of colleagues pursuing the same goals as you do: to become truly proficient in using CDF. This cohort will be of invaluable help to you since its members mutually encourage and critique each other.
Although you are asked to use the Need/Press Questionnaire taught in Module C, you can opt for including another behavioral assessment tool of equal quality should you know one.
As previously, upon submission of your case studies, you will receive feedback from the Director of Education meant to help you finalize your scorings and feedback reports. An exit interview is held to discuss your experience. Mentoring outside of the cohort is available at certification-mentoring.php.
The three additional case studies in Program Two/Module E will earn you the designation “Master Certified Coach/Consultant”. For comparison with other IDM Certificates, see certification-overview.php.
