IDM Methodology
Work at IDM follows a research-based methodology for gauging adults’ frame of reference or world view. The methodology harnesses five reputed developmental research traditions, linking them to psychometric insights into personality. The methodology is grounded in cutting-edge theories of psychogenic needs, work, and work capability, and the social-emotional and cognitive development of adults.
