IDM Course Schedule

The IDM Program is a comprehensive “continued education” set of courses for acquiring developmental thinking and listening capabilities. It is based on a stepwise approach taking about 1 year to master. The curriculum comprises an overview course (Gateway), an introduction to social-emotional development (Module A), an introduction to cognitive development (Module B) and to understanding clients from a work place psychology perspective (Module C). Peer advice about taking specific classes as well as peer support is available by writing to .

IDM courses typically last between 6 to 8 weeks. They follow each other in a prescribed order as required for certification.
